Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AI Learn Grid collects, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data. AI Learn Grid is operated by Team Taniv.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to submit: newsletter signups, curriculum inquiries, contact messages, and sponsor inquiry submissions. This may include your name, email address, selected interests, company name, and message. Forms include a hidden honeypot field used only to ignore automated spam.

We also collect limited technical information needed to run the site and keep it safe. When you follow an outbound course link we may store a referrer, browser user agent, timestamp, and country-level location from hosting headers. We do not use advertising pixels or Google Analytics. Page-view analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you.

How we use information

We use information to operate the site, reply to you, manage the newsletter, understand which listings are useful, prevent abuse, and improve the directory. Curriculum and contact forms are read by Team Taniv. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic (pages, countries, referrers, and performance). It does not use advertising cookies and is not sold to data brokers. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy on cloudflare.com.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed for the site to function, including session cookies for the admin panel if you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Where data is stored

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form and listing data are stored in Supabase (Postgres) in the region configured for this project. Email notifications, when enabled, are sent through our email provider to hello@ailearngrid.com and teamtaniv@gmail.com.

Third-party links

When you click a link to a third-party course, conference, or provider, you leave AI Learn Grid. The third party's privacy policy applies to what happens on its site. Some outbound links may become affiliate links in the future. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Data retention

We keep submitted information for as long as needed to provide the requested service, respond to you, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information.

Your rights

EU / UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA. Email privacy@ailearngrid.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
